It was snowing heavily in Newcastle on the very day I left for London, and this was the greatest regret of 2008 so far in my life, for leaving the place when it has just started snowing. Thus, not wanting to lose the rare opportunity, I used whatever time that’s left and indulge myself in the snowy street, which was barely half-an-hour before I really have to leave Newcastle.

Back in London, spent my last few days doing crazy out of one’s mind stuff, going to one of those rides in Piccadilly Circus, the one just like Giant Drop in JP, but this one rotates to a deadly 360 degrees, which would make you feel as if you’re being pushed down from a 100-storey building face down. Then, the late night Big-Two card games of which our intention was not to sleep the whole night but we did anyway, and finally, the ice skating at Bayswater. Met with several other Bruneians there as we arrived and I received more than 3 snowballs on the head, couple on the body, and one chunk of ice being slipped into my shirt. It was damn fun! And Nahar is no longer Nahar, it’s Bonda café now.
