The political economy of swine flu. With the plunging of the US economy in the recent months following the ineffective bailouts, they're most likely to be low on their reserves and thus this has made them to morph into an evil genius. The main aim here is of course the dollars to help stabilize the economy again. The US has created a strain of virus, transports them to Mexico and infested it into the unfortunate creature called pigs. Let the outbreak begin and when it does, they'll just wait for it to be a worldwide pandemic that'll create fear and anxiety. On the other hand, a vaccine for the swine flu is created and is yet to be released in a few months time. All other countries around the globe would be forced to purchase them once it's ready, it's not like there's any other option, and there you go, all the money flooding back into US, and the economy over there will be up and running again. It comes at a huge cost indeed just to stabilize the ailing economy. So if all my assumptions were to be true, is the H1N1 a bio-terrorism act?
